Higher sugar content and more tender than SU. Sugar converts to starch more slowly after harvest. Just picked flavor. Lasts over a week in the fridge. As heterozygous, about 25% of their kernels have the SE characteristics. Isolate from field, ornamental, popcorn, SH2 and SU group.
